NOTICE TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS!!!
IMPLEMENTATION OF ZONING & BY-LAW FEES BEGINNING AUGUST 1, 2007
The Enforcement Office wishes to inform all property owners of the passing of Fees & Charges By-law 2008-073, which repeals former Fees & Charges By-law 2007-96. The purpose of this by-law is to implement administrative fees and charges for services or activities provided by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. Please be advised that, all action relating to Zoning and Property Maintenance will be subject to the following fees:

Zoning By-law |

| An inspection fee when an inspection of the property determines the use of the property does not comply with the Town's Zoning By-law, per inspection | $50.00 |
| A file management fee applied when a charge is taken to Provincial Offences Court and the charge is successful in whole or in part | Town's legal expenses plus 25% |
| A file management fee applied when an appeal of a Provincial Offences Court conviction to the Ontario Court of Justice has confirmed the conviction in whole or in part | Town's legal expenses plus 25% |

Property Maintenance By-law |
|
| An inspection fee when an inspection of the property confirms that the property does not comply with the Town's property maintenance by-law, per inspection | $50.00 |
| A file management fee applied when an Order has been issued against a property | $100.00 |
| A file management fee applied when an Order has been registered on title | $500.00 |
| A file management fee applied when a charge is taken to Provincial Offences Court and the charge is successful in whole or in part | Town's legal expenses plus 25% |
| A file management fee applied when an appeal of an Order to the Property Standards Committee has confirmed the Order in whole or in part | $100.00 |
| A file management fee applied when an appeal of a Property Standards Committee decision to the Superior Court of Justice has confirmed the decision in whole or in part | Town's legal expenses plus 25% |
| A file management fee applied when an appeal of a Provincial Offences Court conviction to the Ontario Court Justice has confirmed the conviction in whole or in part | Town's legal expenses plus 25% |
| Certificate of Compliance | $50.00 |
| An administration fee for services and materials expended by the Town in carrying out the requirements of a Notice or an Order, in whole or in part | Town's legal expenses plus 25% |
